Clinical Coordination Financial Policy

Thank you for choosing Visana Health. We are committed to building a successful relationship to support the success of your medical treatment and care. We offer the additional service of Care Coordination to make your patient experience exceptional. This service is additional, and is usually covered by your insurance plan, however we want to make sure that in the case that they are not, we have explained all the required financial obligations to you so there are no surprises. Care Coordination is the service we offer to help find (and in some cases schedule your appointments) with providers for speciality care that have been prescribed to you by our Visana clinicians. As a part of our services we can search for providers for you and bill your insurance plan and in most cases it is a covered benefit, but in some cases it is not covered, or if you have a high deductible plan that has not been met, or other conditions apply. If you wish to engage this service we are happy to offer Care Coordination which ranges from $45-$135, depending on the services needed.
